The normal customer service "agents" that answer the phone are nice and all, but tell them you want to cancel and you get put on a 10+ minute hold just to have some "cancelation manager" pull all of the Used Cars Salesman techniques to try to get you to not cancel, including refusing to actually cancel it unless you answer their 500 questions and then they make it seem like it is your fault that you had issues with them as a company.įunny I just got my "Your cancellation request" email that happens to say: I tried everything I can do to resolve this mess.Today has been a painful lesson on why I should never have gone with Brinks Home Security in the first place.
